De koepels worden gebruikt als basisstructuur om getransplanteerde koralen aan te bevestigen.\r\n\r\nDe structuur krijgt laagspanningsstroom via onderzeese kabels die van het eiland komen. Er is een oude auto, veel tunnelconstructies, oud fitnessapparatuur, toiletten en nog veel meer voorwerpen. Andere kunstmatige riffen zijn speciaal gebouwd met betonblokken of rifballen.
