Advanced learning on the Master Freediver course
You learn a new special equalisation method that is a must-know for deep dives and you practice improvements to your freefall and study much more about physiology, psychology and the physics of freediving.
You also learn how to organise your training and build up an efficient schedule, as well as how to become a reliable buddy for another freediver.
Dynamic No Fins
During the Master freediver course there is a focus on Dynamic No Fins pool swims and Constant Weight No Fins dives.
These disciplines are considered by many freedivers as the purest and the most “freediving” ones.

With each open water session, you slowly increase the depth staying within comfortable and safe conditions.

Goals of the Master Freediver course
The Master Freediver course takes up to 21 days to complete and the targets of the Master Freediver course are:
- 30 static apnea,
- 70 meters dynamic apnea
- 32 meters constant weight dive
Pre-requisites for Master Freediver course
- be certified as a Advanced Freediver or equivalent
- be at least 18 years of age
- complete the EFR course (or similar) within the last 24 months
